Application Process

Step 1: Check out our general guidelines on qualifications to rent on the FAQ page by clicking here.
Step 2: Schedule a tour by filling out this form.: Make sure you're ok with the rules shown here.
Step 3: After the tour, if it's a good fit and you're interested in renting, fill out the application and a background/credit check will be performed (usually takes about a week or two). Each legal signatory on the lease will fill out an application (e.g., each individual of a married couple will fill out an application) .
Step 4: If approved, pay security deposit and first month's rent prior to move-in and sign the lease agreement.
Step 5: Work with the property manager to pick a move in date.
